Neutral, calm pray everyday,wake up without touching my cellphone, shower, and stretch, meditation and prayer. Fresh cup of ginger and lemon tea , peaceful. No traffic or keep company. If the weather is good, go for a lite walk job, to clear out my lungs for fresh breathe of air. Listen to Kora instrumental music of West Africa. Work at my own pace, come home for a break , and work on a children’s reading book for Primary kids. I’m always looking for the positive outlook on life.
