About me... I am a professional and believe it's my time to find that special someone. I have been in many weddings and stood by my friends during their time and they always say, "why haven't you found that special someone?" Well, truth be told, I have never taken the time to look or seek anyone. I quit my job and went to graduate school, so I have been engrossed in my career for way too long. This is where it gets tough. How do I describe myself? Well, I love to laugh and have a good time. I believe that life is way too short to take a back seat to your destiny. I love to cook and travel, however cooking and traveling by myself, is not at the top of my list. I am adventurous at times and safe at times. I like to read if the mood suits me. Really, there isn't much I wouldn't' try once. Ok, maybe there are a couple of things!! LOL I hope this interests you, or you get to know me before you judge. ME I'm looking for... I am looking for someone who likes, or maybe even will love, me for who I am. I don't want someone to judge for things in the past. I want to laugh with someone, travel with someone, cook with someone, just be with someone. I would like to meet and educated person, but that doesn't mean if you are not, you would not be a great friend or companion. My potentially future companion has to have a big HEART and a good sense of humor, must be very communicative and also be patient. Don't get me wrong, I am not going to walk all over you, but I may need a little time before I dive into a relationship. I am looking for someone that values family,but understands why I don't have a good relationship with mine. Career must be important to you, but must not be all that matters to you. Also, you must understand that my career is also importatnt to me. Well, I think I have answered the question, however I have the right to add additional requirements. LOL The most important thing in my life is... My grandmother is one of the most influential people in my life. She has always supported me through thick and thin. I spend my free time... I spend my free time in doing a lot of different things. Like I said, I love to cook and travel. I also enjoy music and being outdoors. I am not as in good of shape as I would like to be, but I have started working out again and have learned to enjoy that as well. I enjoy a good movie, and I hate to admit this, I do enjoy some of the reality TV!!! I enjoy beer and wine, talking, listening, and many other things. About my job... I am a professional. That's all I will say for now. I do have to initials in front of my name while at work though. How I spent my last vacation... My last vacation was a 3 night cruise to the Bahamas less than one month ago. The company that I work for took the entire staff. It was a blast. Basically I hung out at the pool or the beaches during the day and we all hung out at the clubs or the casino at night. I was a very relaxing vacation. My favorite dish or recipe... My favorite dish is a Fillet Mignon with a Cabernet sauce, tempura battered hericotverts, and garlic mashed potatoes. Of course I would start with a great salad with goat cheese and grapes topped with a wonderful vinaigrette. To finish, a great cup of coffee and some homemade tirimisu. SOUND GOOD? My last good read... I have been reading a lot of work related material lately. I would explain, but I am sure that coding and billing and insurance reimbursement really isn't that exciting to most people. My top 3 favorite movies and why you should see them... WOW! I love so many, I am not sure if I could answer this. First of course would be TO 😄 A MOCKINGBIRD. It's a classic, why wouldn't you want to watch it? Second, BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S. I am a huge Katherine Hepburn fan. Another classic that anyone who know me must watch!! LOL Thirdly, honestly, I can't narrow it down to one. How about this, anything that either has Matthew Mc Conaughey or Johnny Depp in it. REALLY!!! The top 5 things I can't live without... COFFEE, TV, FRIENDS, SHOES, and my SOUL MATE!!! My personal soundtrack... I seriously can't answer this because I love music, but don't know who sings anything or the titles, yes, I know, that is sad. I do know that it would have some rock, some jazz, and some techno on it with some pop rock. I like most music, MOST, not ALL. My motto... Make it a great day!! or All is need is within me now and I have the power to see it through! What my best friend would say about me... I believe that they would say that I like to have fun, but am very serious when needed to be. Also, they would say I am an extremely hard worker and strive to be successful. My most prominent memory... Graduating from Graduate school. That was a big accomplishment for me and I am very proud of it. If I could be anywhere right now, I would be... I would be traveling somewhere I have never been. My first ambition is to see the world. Maybe Nepal, or Vietnam, or Fiji, or Thailand. On my coffee table you will find... A cup of coffee, a book, stack of paperwork from work and 4 remotes. Last Saturday night I... I met a friend of mine for Thai and we talked and walked around the mall afterwards. Then I went home and watched a movie. I once made someone laugh by... This is really really tough . I think laughter is a very important part of life. I laugh a lot. I can't think of a particular incident. If I could be on any reality TV show, I would be on... Big Brother. I would compete to the best of my ability and also never take sides with anyone. I would be the floater to go all the way.
